Hello, My name is Joy Gerken, pen name Joy M. Lilley. I spent all my working life as a trained nurse, until I retired in 2015.
I miss the hubbub and the camaraderie of my fellow colleagues. 49+ years is a long time in a job and within the same hospitals trust.
One plus of retirement: I shall have far more time for my passion to write.
