"Please, Take These Ideas" works like Chicago improv. We'll throw out an idea for a book/TV show/movie and from there whoever wants to take the idea, write it - hey, first come, first serve.
Here's the premise for "Vertical Mimic." Well, first off, let's be clear - there's no reason this movie should be made. This whole thing originated 20 years ago when me and my friends Joe Johnson and Jason Jenkins wrote some spoof scenes of the 2000 mountain-climbing action blockbuster titled "Vertical Limit."
So, in summary, this would be a spoof of a movie from 20 years ago that scored 40% on Rotten Tomatoes. There's no reason to write this screenplay. We beg you, pick something else. Anything else.
But then again...
